DEBIT/CREDIT CARD REFUND POLICY

 

Credit or debit card refunds are issued back to your credit card or debit account—refunds are not issued in any other forms such as cash.  Refunds on credit or debit card transactions usually take 7-10 business days. Credit or debit card refund times vary by merchant and bank.

 

You must request the refund in writing along with your name, address, phone number, name on the account as shown on the card.  We may request more verification to process the refund at anytime.  We recommend calling to see if we need any other verification as it may vary or change in time.
